Improved Setup Menu

• The Setup menu is now structured more intuitively.

  • Crops is replaced by:

    • Alerts for alerts and alarms settings
    • Products for the active crop
    • Systems for default population/rate

  • Health Checks are now called Calibrations and have their own menu.

    • GPS Offset Check is also located here (Calibrations), under the Tractor system.
  • Data menu is replaced by Settings → Data and Settings → Software Update.
  • Settings related to the display are in Settings, not Systems → Display.
  • Systems are now added in Systems, not in Equipment.

• Systems are re-categorized by type, and all systems behave more consistently regardless of what type they are:

  • Each system now has its own independent Rate Sections (formerly called Control Sections).

  • Systems are now grouped by what they measure. Consequently,

    • Down Force and Closing are now Force systems.
    • Depth is now Position.
    • Row Cleaner is now Pressure.
    • There is a new Implement system that includes SmartFirmer and implement-wide hardware like gyros, lift switches, and ride quality sensors.
  • Force, Pressure, and Position now have alerts and alarms, as well as more consistent settings (like default rate) in Systems.

• Measurements and Calibrations have improved step-by-step walk-throughs, and other complex settings now have helpful illustrations and descriptions, as well as more descriptive names.

  • Control Style is now Outer Row Coverage.
  • Row Offset is now Coverage Overlap.

Other New Features and Improvements

• All modules are now covered by easy-to-find tables in the Diagnose menu, including GPS, Lift Switches, Aux Vacuum, FurrowForce sensors, and the Cab Control Module (CCM).
• Granular Tank Mix is now available in the Products setup menu.
• Row details page now features charts that visualize how that row has performed for each system metric over the last minute or so.
• Device pairing to Panorama now available, while 20|20 Cloud uploads and 20|20 Connect have been removed.
• Various small design and language improvements to provide a more seamless, consistent experience across the platform.

For systems upgrading from 2022.10 software

You will will need to do the following:

• Export the implement configuration to a USB stick

  • This config is only a backup if for some reason downgrading to 2022.10 is required.
• Take pictures or note down specific equipment configurations like GPS offsets, SRM row locations, etc. This will make reconfiguration easier after updating to 2023.1.
• Update to 2023.1 software.
• If prompted via a pop up on the 20|20 display, enter your display serial number into the display.
• Reconfigure all equipment setup.
• Reconfigure all system setup.
